| Tender Description | (sch a part-i):- roof treatment to be concluded in stages as mentioned below. complete all as specified and directed: -stage i:demolition of old existing unserviceable roof treatment included cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing roof surface (upto maximum height of 10 metres from natural ground level) with power driven pneumatic chisel and including removal of debris and washing down with water to remove dust, foreign items.stage ii:preparation of old surface and applying two coat of latex power bonding agent at the ratio of 1:4:6 (latex power:water:cement) in a criss cross way [note :- second coat of latex is laid down minimum interval of 6-8 hours of first coat of latex and after second coat of latex immediate applied plaster work]stage iii:m&l 40 mm thick average plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type b-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete on roof. item no. 1.001 contd....stage iv:rendering 10mm thick on fair faces on roof surfaces of |
