| Tender Description | vessel to be blocked and unblocking ultrasonic gauging to be done only on the underwater portion of hull plate and bottom plate. corroded, holes & thinned down plates, structural members, railing posts etc. to be cropped & renewed –main deck & upper deck– 03 mt.super structure – 1.5 mtinside stiffening members – 0.5mtbottom plate engine room and rudder room -4.5mt elevated portion of toilet & galley floor, walls, stiffeners , girders etc-2.5mt steel fender 200 nb, 8 mm thick half cut pipe stiffened with ‘d’ shaped stiffeners 500 mm apart. twin bollard renewed by 150nb pipe. single bollard renewed by 150nb pipe. propeller shaft & rudder arrangements including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair. both sides propeller shafts worn out journals metalizing by s.s. electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified. both side broken |
