Tender Description cutting of (a) 4 nos. ismb-200 girder of length 1.2mtr., (b) 4 nos. ismb-200 girder of length 250mm, (c ) 3 nos. ismc 125x65x6 channel of length 1.35 mtr. and (d) 12mm ms plate for base welding-5 nos., for block adjustment-2 nos., for ribs making 16 nos. with da and oxygen supplied by the contractor fabrication of 01 no. discharge drum suitable for 1200mm wide belt conveyor with above steel materials and cutting proper size, fixing and assembling of all the components by welding, cutting holes and fixing with necessary nut & bolts etc at surface transportation of the discharge drum complete assembly at the site of link belt and fixing the complete assembly excluding discharge drum at the final location of the drum by welding, cutting holes and fixing with necessary nut & bolts etc. at surface making 3 nos. clamp of the link belt, cutting the belt near final discharge point, transportation and fitting of the discharge drum on the base frame, joining the belting and removing the clamps
