Tender Description m & l for dehydration and filtration of transformer oil / voltage stabilizer /vle switch & isolation transformer oil by using mobile dehydration and filtration plant of capacity of 12000lph, heating and filtering the transformer oil to be carried out per minimum four hours till the di-electric strength reaches value of 45 kv or above in one minute, for any capacity of transformer/ voltage stabilizer/ vle switch & isolation transformer (25 to 500 kva/ vle switches). note:- cost of t&p required for dehydration and filteration should be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. no extra cost will be permissible to the contractor in this regard. supply and topping / replacement of transformer oil having di-electric strength above 50 kv/mm of transformer chamber and conservator with new transformer oil up to the required level in any type and capacity of transformer / voltage stabilizer / ocb all as directed by eic. note:- transformer oil brought by the contractor at site shall be in seal
