Tender Description demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing off the md land complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. material & labour for 50mm thick pcc 1:3:6 c-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding over a coat of cement slurry incl water proofing compund complete all as specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge. material & labour for 10mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces, finished fair & even including mixing water proofing compund as per manufacture;s instns (wpc to be measured seperately as supply only) complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. material & labour for applying a priming coat of cold bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr/sqm as per para 11.44.5 of mes ssr part-i complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. material & labour for app based polymeric membrance minimum weighing 3kg/sqm
