| Tender Description | m&l for chipping loose concrete and exposing existing rcc columns, beams, slabs, lintels, pardis, etc. including plaster beyond main reinforcement carefully by means of chisel and hammer or mechanically including necessary double scaffolding, erecting horizontal platforms at working levels to collect the debris, proping with top and bottom runners as directed stacking the debris in the compound as directed and carting away the same outside the premises etc complete all as specified and directed. relieving structural members m&l for relieving structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed loads partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. including providing necessary timber runners, bracing, jacking up arrangement complete all as specified upto the satisfaction of engineer in charge. note:- removing and redoing of brickwork, if required, shall be paid separately. m&l for chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from rcc members |
