Tender Description disconnecting and taking down faulty and defective servo voltage stablizers of capacity 1000 kva , 418 volts from plinth with the help of hydra (crane) and transporting to contractor's workshop from dgis and opening the top cover of the servo stablizer, carrying out the repairs /works listed at serial no. (i) to (xii) and transporting back to the site (dgis) for installation including making all the electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.(i) decanting of the servo volatge stablizer oil (transformer oil) into separate container /barrel.(ii) taking out the core/coil of stablizer(iii) painting inside of the stablizer tank with yellow paint and outside body with synthetic enamel paint of existing tint/colour cleaning inside of the stablizer using stablizer oil.(iv) fixing only the existing/new buck boost transformer & dimmer (variable transformer) in stablizer including heating up the core assembly to remove moisture after carrying out the repair works .(v)
