Tender Description m&l for comprehensive, preventive and routine maint of 4 nos of chilling machines make : m/s bluestar (model: lcwx1-1350fiva) of type compressor, 390 tr each, single stage, 3000 rpm, 415 volts, 3 ph, 50 hz, semi hermetic electric motor of capacity 242 kw, shell & tube type condenser with carbon steel plate, copper tube, externally tinned & internally enhanced of to pass water flow 1400 usg/pm, incl carbon plate shell & tube flooded type chiller unit working with microprocessor base controls in sheet metal control panel, and 02 nos hot water generator 800 kw(model:rc 800) make: rapid cool complete all as specified & directed. notes for item no. 1.00: -(a) checking the functioning of chillers or other such equipment if covered under the contract. (b) free replacing of defective/worn out parts with new or repaired parts for compressor /thermostat/cut outs based on our assessment. (c) repairing of equipment
