Tender Description uninstalling and dismantling the pump ,descaling and cleaning of all parts for inspection and carefully assembling the pumps by using existing serviceable parts including replacement of gasket packings, greasing etc and replacement of unserviceable parts as directed, installed at new raw water pump house, checking the serviceability. make kirloskar, model dsm 150/46 (180hp).note : (i) spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item 03 to 20 here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement in the boq.(ii)decoupling carefully the pumps from electric motor, taking out from foundation & transporting pump body to workshop for necessary machine works & re-installing the pump to its original position shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items in boq.
