| Tender Description | engaging 2 persons- 1.caretaker cook for attending telephone calls , spreading bed sheets, removing soiled clothes, keeping occupants register upto date , rent collection and remittance , preparation of food for occupants , room sevice as and when required and other works and 2. assistant caretaker for cooking, room service and for maintaining the garden and the yard of ib , sweeping & cleaning of rooms in ib and drivers cabin, toilets, furniture, buildings, cleaning of pathys of car porch and ib building , cleaning of rooms, floor and premises, keeping ib and drivers cabin clean and neat, washing bedsheets, pillow covers, window curtains, table mats,etc.including uprooting the grass and other overgrowths, watering , manuring trimming the plants, applying pesticides as per the direction of the department officers including the cost towards cleaning materials like dish wash liquid , hand wash liquid, toilet cleaning materials &. detergent powder etc. |
