Tender Description scope of work: comprehensive amc for ups systemthe contract covers servicing and comprehensive maintenance of five nos. of ups installed in kendriya vidyalaya, hemambika nagar palakkad, visit shall be once in 6 monthsups details are as follows: 10 kva ups-1 nos., 7.5 kva -1 nos, 5 kva -2 nos, 3 kva -1 nos 2kva-1 nos, 600va-1 nosprogram of routine and preventive maintenance during the annual maintenance contract shall provide all labour, materials, tools and transport to carry out inspections & tests according to the requirement of employer.all the scheduled maintenance services shall be properly programmed and agreed with the project manager in order not to affect operation of other equipment, machine & plants and building management system. maintenance check sheet shall be suitably prepared & upgraded in order to achievethe highest order of reliability & availability.
