| Tender Description | hire charges per day for 1 no.diesel/petrol driven vehicle for 13 hours a day normally from 8.00am to 9.00 pm or part thereof, for a block of 24 hours (25 days approx per month) retention charges per hour for the period exceeding 13 hours in a day subject to maximum of 2 hours per day, with a ceiling limit of 10 hours per month. note: if the vehicle halts for a night outside the head quarters of concerned officer, this schedule is not applicable. retention charges for night halt ( 3 days approx per month) performance factor distance in km propoulsion per litre of diesel/petrol to be adopted for purpose of contract( minimum 10 km/ltr) performance. (3000 km approx per month) |
