| Tender Description | up keeping of toilets by cleaning water closets, urinals, wash basins, cistern tank, side walls, flooring and passage etc., by applying detergents such as cine fresh phenoyl for (two cleaning per toilets per day) as directed by the engineer at site including cost of using tools like bucket, brooms, etc., and labour charges complete but excluding the cost of bleaching powder, naphthalene , cine fresh phenoyl and cleaning strainer. the water will be used at free of cost. removing of blockages in the sewer lines / manholes including removal of blockage and disposing the sludge away from the site once in a month as and when required as directed by the engineer at site including cost of labour, lead, lift and t &p etc. complete. providing consumables such as liquid soap hand wash, brush, harpic, odonil, room freshener, sanitizer, cotton waste, banian waste, cine fresh phenoyl and all necessary cleaning materials etc.. liquid soap hand wash brush harpic odonil room freshner sanitizer cot |
