Tender Description piping and mechanical works - product , water, air, n2 pipingschedule of rates for laying fabrication, , testing & commissioning of product , water, air, n2 piping workslaying & welding of product piping (above ground)laying and welding (3 runs min.) above ground/ below ground pipelines from supplied ltcs of the following sizes as described below, including cutting bevelling and fixing the supplied specials such as elbows, bends, tees, reducers, weldolet, socolet, coupling etc complete and hydrotesting the pipelines at 1.5 times design pressure for a minimum period of minimum 30min. the job includes dye (dp) testing of pipeline joints as per approved qap. above ground pipeline to be laid through shoe/c-clamp support on concrete pedestals / pipe racks/ shed/ equipment house and painting the pipeline including the colour coding as per the specifications enclosed. welding of pipeline should conform to radiography quality. 100% of the joints for product piping shall be radiographed and
