| Tender Description | charges for one operation consist of reconditioning of drive & non drive end bearing seating area, counter weight seating area of both end, sheave pulley seating area and key way of vibrex screen eccentric shaft - reduce the drive & non drive end bearing seating area dia 155 mm up to 100 mm long, both end counter weight seating area by machining the dia 125 mm up to 120 mm long & sheave pulley seating area by machining to a dia of 65 mm upto 95 mm long - metal fill up by special welding electrodes (e106) from 155 mm to 162 mm to both end beating seating area, 125 mm to 131 mm to both end counter weight seating area, 65 mm to 72 mm of sheave pulley seating area - machining of bearing seating area to dia 160 mm long 100 mm, counter weight seating area to dia of 130 mm long 120 mm and making woodruff keyway 50 mm long, 25 mm width & 20 mm depth of both end, sheave pulley seating area to dia 70 mm long 95 mm and making keyway 80 mm long, 20 mm width & 10 mm depth including the cost of weld |
