| Tender Description | providing one number diesel driven jeep/van/tata sumo or equivalent vehicle 5 year model on hire basis for the official use of assistant executive engineer / mrt / thiruvarur period two year hire charges for providing 1 no diesel driven van/jeep or equivalent vehicle for 12 hrs use in a day (from 8am to 8pm). hire charges including of driver salary, batta, lubricant charges, taxes and insurance charges but excluding cost of diesel. retention charges per hour beyond 12 hrs in a day. retention charges for nght halt 12 hrs in a day. ie between 8.00pm to 8.00am the next day diesel cost (performance factor to be adopted for the purpose of calculation is 10.5 km/lit. irrespective of actual km/lit) rate as per prevailing market rate. |
