Tender Description charges for dismantling 4nos mill outlet elbows/bends /inlet elbows after suitably supporting the adjacent coal pipes wherever required, removing, lowering them to ground floor from various heights (10mt. to 32.5mt.) and placing them in unit iii as directed by the engineer- in-charge, including charges for temporary support, platform, scaffolding, cutting gas, welding electrode etc. and hire charges for t&p’s. charges for reconditioning the eroded mill outlet elbows, bends , inlet elbows by patch welding if required, lifting the reconditioned mill outlet elbow , bend / inlet elbow / new one and fitting them in correct position aligning with vertical straight pipe and renewal of victaulic coupling gasket 20l and aligning reassembling and also renewal of kicker blocks if necessary, removing the temporary supports including cost of consumables such as cutting gas, m.s. electrode etc., charges for dismantling the old worn out orifices on mill top assembling of new/old orifice including har
