| Tender Description | dismantling, removing of guide vane assemblies, cover plates, guide vane top bearings, and guide vane bearing housings, hubs, levers, links and seals with proper prior marking and bottom bearing and cover plates.(1 set means top & bottom seals-2 nos.) supply of guide vane end seal (quantity : 48 numbers) of material moulded synthetic rubber, suitable for a dismantled guide vanes of kadamparai power house/ unit –iii as per sample ones removed from the guide vane assembly during the rectification works.(48 sets) the synthetic rubber seal should be reinforced sheet and shore hardness should be 75-80. complete re-assembling of guide vane top& bottom bearing, guide vane bearing housings, hubs and seals after required rectification works on these components re-alignment, and renewal of the worn-out fasteners, o-rings and minor assembling parts as required the re-assembling accuracies to be followed as per bhel standards, i.e all the guide vanes adjacent gaps should be within +/- 0.25 mm.(1 s |
