| Tender Description | rectification of buck stay beams & supports by bringing to the original position, providing suitable locking pin and washer etc. and welding the scalloped bar, locking pin and washer and providing channels etc. charges inclusive of scaffolding charges for fabrication of 900mm length x 600 mm width square shaped buck stay corner cover plate using 3 mm ms sheet by cutting, bending and welding and painting with 1 coat of heat resisting aluminium paint. charges for cutting and replacing of defective/ buckled end plate in the rear side of ltsh upper bank area in boiler ii pass which is provided to protect the end coil erosion by cutting the m.s. plate to required size and providing stiffener plates to equal distance charges for providing new m.s. plates in the middle side of boiler headers such as rear side, left side and right side headers in boiler ii pass to protect header erosion petty iron work for truss, straps etc., (wrought & fixed) labour only charges for leading, lifting and arran |
