| Tender Description | removing loose and broken concrete/ masonary surface by chiselling/ mechanically etc from the rcc wall. roof slab, coloumn, beam and similar structural members cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement and remove dust, dirt and other foreign particle etc and removing to debris 50 mtr from site all as specified by engineer-in-charge. drilling of holes of size 10/12 mm dia to a depth of of 50 to 100 mm into the concrete surface/ using rotary hammer drill and fixing pvc/ brass nozzles with epoxy based sealant to facilities grouting. the spacing of nozzles shall be as decided by engineer-in-charge. mixing & laying high strength epoxy based for grouting over the concrete surface by injecting through the nozzles to strength the weak concrete. the system should have suitable viscosity which will enable it to soak into weak concrete and on subsequent polymerisation bind the loose and weak concrete. |
