Tender Description preparation and carrying out of providing pre-feasibility study report, conducting of site survey, topographical survey, obstacle limitation survey (ols) & soil testing , validation and verification (v&v) survey and services & documentation of heliport at jankour haar including in all respect as per the direction by the engineer-in-charge .the rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax, sale tax,,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the government but excluding gst. note:-1. 30% of the survey projects cost is to be made as mobilization advance. 2. 50% payments to be released on submission of draft drawings and reports at divisional level. 3.20% payments to be released on finalization of draft drawings and reports by circle office/chief engineer hamirpur.
