Tender Description complete rewinding of stator core for 220 kw, 1487 rpm, 6600v, 3-phase, frame: 355l, abb make squirrel cage ht induction motor. this shall include dismantling of motor, removal of all coils from stator, repairing of all the damaged slots and lamination in the affected portion, ring flux test of stator core to identify any hot spot, rewinding and remoulding all the damaged stator coils, replacement of all wedges, copper bars etc. including cleaning, varnishing, backing etc. and all jobs as required. hi- test of individual coils as well as stator etc. complete reapairing of rotor for above ht motor. this shall include disassembling of old bearings from rotor shaft, thorough cleaning, balancing of rotor using counter weights, brazing of caps joints (if required) and all jobs as required. supply of de and nde bearings (make: skf only) and refixing of bearings in the rotor shaft, dynamic balancing of the rotor. assembly of motor, painting of the whole motor etc. and all other jobs require
