Tender Description slitting of 0.125mm tk x (1000+/-100) mm wide paper to size 20/25/50 mm wide +/-1 mm of 450mm dia. slitted paper will be rolled continuous length on 50 mm dia bobbin upto 450mm dia +/-5 mm. for the purpose of calculation, weight of bobbin to be reduced from weight of issue paper. scrap generation , bobbin and scrap is to be returned to bhel. 3% scrap generation is allowed and 1.5 % process loss is acceptable. slitted paper should be supplied with carbon/plastic core. carbon/plastic core should be suitable for winding machines at bhel.
