| Tender Description | part a - earth work in cutting of in embakment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.5m lift and 30m lead, the earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the engineer. si no. 253 (a) water bound macadam sub-base (a) w.b.m. grade-3 providing laying, spreading and compactong stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam, specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, crushable screening to full up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. (2) provinding and applying primer coat with emulsion ss-1 on prepared surface |
