| Tender Description | part-a part-i routine & preventive maintenance of raw coal feeder and seal air fans. routine & preventive maintenance of ball mills and their lubricating system. part-ii unloading of steel ball at site from the trucks and charging in the ball mills through the system. unloading of steel at site from the trucks and charging in the ball mills through man hole/ trunion tube. collecting scrap material and drums from bmd-ii, btps site scrap yard, picking/stacking it category wise e.g. m.s., s.s., c.i., alloy steel, mixed steel and empty steel ball drum, old & used s.tak 40, off size grinding media steel ball drum etc. then transportation from site scrap yard to central scrap yard by tractor trolley/truck, hydra for loading/ unloading of heavy scrap material. tractor trolley/ truck, hydra shall be provided for the transportation purpose by the nigam free of cost. part-iii attending fault of coc including rectification/ joining of the coc (clean out conveyor )chain. removal of foreign mater |
