| Tender Description | dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) in ground floor including roof. single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (6mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in gound floor as per relevant is codes. pakur variety brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4)(a) in foundation and plinth, rate analysis plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including , nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor).[excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) with 1:4 cement mortar, (b) 15 mm thick plaster, rate analysis neat cement punning |
