| Tender Description | civil work grc workproviding and fixing glass reinforced concrete(grc) screens & other elements , casted in concrete design in approved sizes, patterns, with wall thickness of 12 to 20 mm with border thickness varying from 30 to 50 mm thick. the elements should be made from 53 grade birla white cement, white quartz graded silica sand, alkali resistant glassfiber from cemfil, japan or equivalent, and other polymers of approved make. the fixing of screen should be done using 'dryfixing" method on to structural support members i.e. rcc, brickwork or red oxide primer paint or epoxy primer paint treated mildsteel. the fixtures, fasteners & self tapping to be used for dry fixing should be of hp/klimas/ fisher / wurth / hilti. the quantity of fasteners or self tapping screws shall be calculated in accordance to the weight of screen and actual site fixing conditions. if there will be requirement of joint filling then elastomeric exterior grade paintable pu sealant will be used. vender shall |
