(contractor has to arrange his own gas cutting arrangement if necessary in top cover bolts can't be open) removing of damaged bearing of 24upl2 pump from de side as per direction of eic. new bearing to be fitted after proper greasing(newbearing to be provided by kmc) supply, fitting & fixing of appropriate. size giandpacking to the pump and valves after taking out theold one as per ts and directlon of eic. lowering and refitting the top casing by propertightening the bolts including fitting fixing ofauxiliary tubes, oil gauges,pressure gaugesetc(necessary water tightening arrangement has to be done) to the satisfaction of eic. checking and alignment of the motor with respectto pump done complete in all respect according ofeic using precision dial gauge etc. and after thatthe foundation bolts tightened properly andcomplete in all r |
