Tender Description hiring of hydraulic excavator (3d)/jcb or equivalent machine with bucket of required capacity including cost of driver or other operating staff of jcb, cost of lubricating oil, diesel, transmission oil, traffic challans, other consumables for running the machine etc. all complete. the maintenance of machine shall be borne by the contractor for which nothing extra shall be paid by the department all complete as per the direction & entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge for one shift of 4.0 hours and for any emergent work the machine may called in night hours also. (i) all the directions issued by ngt from time to time i.e. covering of vehicle with tirpal etc. must be followed by the agency.must be followed by the agency.(ii) the contractor shall be responsible for any accident and has to take all preventions to avoid any accident, any challan by the challaning authority and any punishment/challan shall be borne by the contractor.(iii) the bidder should have ownership of hydraulic e
