Tender Description lease fee per square metre per month shall be escalated in per the clause 4.15.3 of rfp documents. over and above the lease fee, the bidder has to pay all charges for the energy, water and other utility services to the extent provided at the leased space(s) by dmrc. any failure to deposit loa payment by the successful bidder within 30 days from the issue of loa would entitle dmrc to take necessary action in terms of clause 2.4d of rfp. this offer is to be made by the bidder after taking into consideration all the terms and conditions stated in the rfp document, and after careful assessment of the spaces, all risks and contingencies and all other conditions that may affect the financial proposal. the financial offer of the bidders will remain valid for 120 days from the due date of submission of this proposal.
