Tender Description (3.1) lv1/r-72 172.91.251sbnrepair of box for usce (turret)the following work to be done:-(a) stripping of spta boxes recd from t-72 bay (removal of nut, bolt & clamp etc).(b)remove old rubber beeding/gaskets(c) dipping of spta tool boxes (turret) in caustic bath for 1 to 2 hours.(d) pressure washing with hot & cold water.(e) inspection of spta boxes to be carried out with respect to their conditions and actions reqd to reclaim them.(f) denting action to be carried out to remove dents & bends.(g) mounting bracket of snorkel tube (modification) in 01xspta box (turret).(h) 01xturret tool box is reqd to be fitted with base plate and hooks reqd to hold th snorkel tube and the vendor is reqd to train the outsourced techs with the technical aspects reqd to do the same.(j) repair of all damaged/broken hinges, locks & handles with arc welding, riveting and grinding with hand grinder wherever reqd.(k) aluminium welding to fill cracks & holes.(i)tank outer surface cleaned with emery paper/emery
