Tender Description providing and fixing two hour fire rated door single leaf of size 1200 x 2400 with frame panic bar with the following hardwares and fittings-'vision panel of size 200x300 mm - 1 no list of hard wares ball bearing hinges ( fire rated ) ss - 304 of 100 x 89 x 3mm as per en 1935 with ce mark -8 no's door closure en 5 - 7 ( dorma ts 68 ) 1 no ( mounting feature & speed ) speed control / overload protection / regular, parallel & over mounting features to be made available. neutral salt spray test ( dorma sh 812/lockwood 2) lock shall be of dead lock type with euro profile cylinder and to be tested for 500000 operation cycles ,cylinder and turn with escintheions as per en 12209 with ce mark.- 1no flush bolt l=300mm at the bottom and 600mm at the top - 2 no's ( each one ) dust proof floor socket - 1no. one complete door fittings , hinges and installation , gst etc complete. shop drawing shall be got approved from engineer in-charge before starting actual production of door at factory.
