Details: PROGRESS DEPENDENT PAYMENTFees payable for Providing Construction Management & Construction Supervision Services for the project as per scope of work enumerated in Technical Conditions.( GST shall be paid extra as per actual) Note: The amount payable will be in % on construction cost, which include the fees payable to architect by IIM Mumbai (without GST) + the actual cost executed thorough contract +as per the certified bills of the contractor/s as given in the milestones for payment in (II-B).
