Tender Description providing and fixing ist quality (superior quality) seasoned teakwood like beams,columns,joist,rafters, purlins, purlin cleats,hip rafters, jack rafters, ridges, wall plates, post plates and posts, pedestals or any other wooden members etc. including removing/refixing/replacing damaged/decayed wooden members,fixing with stainless steel screws, cutting, sawing,making proper wood joinery, turning/ shaping/ carving with necessary fixtures and fastenings and as directed by enginner incharge etc. complete. note-necessary wood section shouldbe provided as per site condition providing and applying boiled linseed oil in two coats to the new wood work, including knotting, preparing the surface, scaffolding etc. complete as directed. providing and applying wacker chemical ( water base antifungal silicon treatment )on stone surface. providing leak proof treatment by injection grouting method in required position etc complete & as directed by engineer incharge. providing and fixing
