| Tender Description | disconnecting the cable connections from terminal box of 1555 hp vertical flanged mounted squirrel cage ht motor of vertical turbine pump set without damaging any parts, removing the aligning nut bolts and earthling, decoupling the motor from the pump, lifting the motor carefully from the pump coupling without damaging the pump shaft etc., and placing the lifted motor on motor stool etc., complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.;removing coupling (half) of 1555 hp capacity oil lubricated vt pumpafter decoupling motor from pump set, head shaft, disassembling the ball bearing housing, ratchet assembly, bearing distance piece and oil seal piece from trust bearing house, removing oil level indicator, rtd's, oiling pipe and lubricating assembly, decoupling the head shaft extension coupling, draining out the contaminated bearing oil,removing the worn-out top ball bearing and spherical roller thrustbearing with the help of bearing puller or by heating if necessary,disassembling the adaptin |
