Tender Description providing, erecting & giving trial test of components of screening machine with belt conveyor of capacity 5tpd. it consists screening machine and conveyor belt of following specifications. 1. feeding conveyor/inlet conveyor: capacity of belt conveyor: 5 tpd length of conveyor: 9 mtr long width of conveyor: 0.8 meter wide material handed through conveyor: msw waste. material of construction: ismc channels and angles 75x5 c channel bearing used: ucp 208/or equivalent. belt: 3 ply rubber belt with 6-8 mm thickness. driver and driven drum roller: dia. 220mm ms pipe with 4 mm thickness motor: 2 hp 3 phase 1440rpm with cg/hindustan/havells/abb make. gearbox: nmrv with suitable ratio. drive: direct drive with nmrv gearbox. colour: 1 coat of epoxy primer & 2 coat of paint. electrical control: consisted with fuseless protection, with emergency switch 2. rotary trommel screen with dia. 4mm and dia, 35mm: capacity of screen: 5 tpd shaft less mechanism used for screen. size of screen as per specif
