Tender Description single faced movable model: mobile compactor rack made with shelves ,panels and back cladding sheets are made of 22 gauge (0.80mm) crca sheets with size of (from ground level) 84 inch’s height, 144 inch’s width, 18 inch’s depth provided with 6 no's shelves making 5 no's compartments horizontally and with 6 no's shelves making 5 no's compartments vertically . each unit to be provided with acrylic card holder with manually operated safety stopper, all the nuts and bolts are electro galvanzed and entire unit is epozy powder coated finish (rust proof). load bearing capacity of each shelf to be 70kg to 100kg. for movement of unit trolley wheels are cast iron provided on chassis with bearing and accessories. drive mechanism are to be like wheels are mounted on the frame through pedestrials and driven by diamond chains aprockets with heop of steering wheel and master lock should be provided at the end of racks, including cost of materials, labour,transportation complete as per specifications
