Tender Description to perform such services and execute such works covered under the "term contract for artificer work" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the condition as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the mes schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the mes standard schedule of rates 2009, part-i (specifications) with errata / amendments 1 to 3 and standard schedule of rates 2020, part -ii (rates)with errata / amendments 1 to 122 and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of iafw-2249 (general conditions of contracts). notes: -(i) tenderer shall insert uniform percentage at cell 'f-16' of this boq excel sheet. (ii) tenderer shall also select the option "excess (+)" or "less (-)" at cell 'e-16' of this boq excel sheet, to quote the percentage above / below / at par on mes ssr-2020 (part-ii). (iii) amount inserted by the mes under the column 'estimated rate'
