Tender Description to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or reffered to in the tender documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the mes schedule of rates 2009, part-i (specifications) together with amendment no 1, 2(a) , 2(b) to 3 and 2020 part-ii (rates) together with nil amendment for part-ii (2020) and general conditions of contracts (iafw-2249) together with errata and 1 to 20 amendments no 1 to 48 forming part of tender documents. the subject work shall run for the period of twelve months from the date of acceptance.note : (a) the estimated/quoted amount shall not be given congnigence for acceptance. the quoted percentage shall be consider for acceptance in terms of contract condition. however, the estimated amount are mentioned as per nit. (b) contractor to quote percentage only in the space provided here-on-above on/off the ssr. works shall be ordered as and when necessary arises. w
