Tender Description schedule 'a' part - i dismantling and taking out unserviceable central air conditioning plant three unit of capacity 40 tr each including compressor, motors, condenser, water pumps, water tank and cooling towers including pcc staging and air handling units(04 nos) and its ducting with hanging arrangements, lt panel boards, piping and cables i.e complete system of existing ac plant installed at the location as directed by ge and removing from site and depositing to mes store yard of age e/m(w/s & refg) complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. note:- rate quoted by contractor is deemed to include the cost of tools, plants, transportation & skilled labour and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. note:- design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of central ac plant with the following parameters under specification complete mentioned in serial item no. 2.01 to 56.00 here - in- after complete all as specified and directed.( temperature maintain 20º
