Tender Description Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of water softner- 10 per Hr, consisting of the following including foundation work complete all as specified and as directed.:-(a) Raw water Monobloc pumps (1W+1S) 12 /HR @ 32 m head(b) DMF MOC-FRB Size - 30x 72, T/B Distribution set with 50 NB SMF remoulded manual with media MnO2 & Green sand(c) Softner MOC-FRB Size - 30x72,T/B distribution set with NB SMP remoulded manual with resin(d) UPVC Bag filter assembly size - 7x16(e) Electrical control panel alongwith XLPE cables(f) Regeneration Tank(g) FloatyNote:- Quoted rate including: water in let tapping from existing GI pipeline and water outlet pipe connection to existing GI pipe/UG sump, including control arrangement Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of multimedia pre-treatment filter of size 900mm dia x 1800 mm height (standard dimension 3672 size matching with softner footprint). Made up of FRP /filament wound with epoxy resin with pressure 6.0 Bar and hydro test 9.
