| Tender Description | Taking down Ceiling fan of Sweep, any make, 1200/1400/1500mm, 230 volts of any make & size from any height of the building for finding out the defects such as Capacitor, winding, bearing etc and servicing / overhauling the same, including replacing minor accessories like locking pins, rubber real, PVC sleeve, greasing, clamps, etc as required, and fixing back the same in its original position along with necessary fixing materials such as nut, bolts and washers etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.Note:- The spares referred / mentioned here-In- after shall only be paid under supply only. Rest of the spares required for functioning of the fans is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The labour element required for replacing the spares listed here-in-after shall be deemed to included in the unit rate quoted.
