(b) manually registered complaints shall be obtained everyday from mes complaint cell and rectification or otherwise shall be intimated to je in charge of the cell for updation of manual registers.(c ) provision and maintenance of all tools, plants, equipment and safely gear required for tradesmen under this contract (d) provision of communication and conveyance (as required) facilities to supervisor and tradesmen.
