Tender Description installation of th box with cover plate and gaskets including shifting from store to site incl necessary earth work, lean concrete and pre-cast concrete as under :- (a) m&l for circular hollow casing precast concrete (1:2:4) type b1 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagate) set in cement mortar 1:4 to th boxes of 300/450 mm height, 300mm dia and pcc thikness of 75mm including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. (b) necessary earth work for th boxes (600mm x 600mm x 400/550mm) incl returning filling and disposal of surplus earth upto 50 mtr. (c) m & l for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type d2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete. (pcc foundation 600mm x 600mm x 100mm)(d) cleaning and fixing of th box cover plates with gaskets.notes: 1. th box with cover plate and gaskets will be issued free for fixing. 2. location will be indicated/ approved by engr-in-charge at site. m & l for excavation in trenches by mech
