Tender Description taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete stone surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed m & l 10 mm thick rendering on cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling finshed even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed m & l for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick , concrete and roof surface with wpc @ 200ml per 50kg by weight of cement finishing the surfaces even & fair, complete all as directed.(wpc will be measured and paid separately). supply only liquid water proofing compound. material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment for old wall surface, including washing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying two coat
