Tender Description taking out complete existing roof treatment from roof surfaces and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and removing at distance not exceeding 50m as per direction of engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed. material and labour for cutting out cracks to v-section in existing rcc roofs or terrace, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.note: cutting of grooves will be carried out by using mechanical means like groove cutter/ wall chaser. material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:4 mixed with water liquid proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement on concrete roof surface, finished the surface fair and even to maintain the proper of roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.(note: liquid wpc shall be measured and paid separately) material and labour
