| Tender Description | a) split type ac : dismantling the unserviceable uncut rotary compressor from the ac unit and replacement with new compressor for split type air conditioner of approved make all as specified and as directed. all as per item no.1 above but for ac of 2.0 ton capacity.note : supply only gas for charging as required will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. m&l for servicing/ overhauling by flushing out of complete condensing and evaporator unit, jointing the compressor suction and delivery tubes including replacement of any description of liquid line, strainer assembly, capillary tubes etc., including rectification of leakage from the systems and line, vaccumising, dehydrating, oil and gas charging and testing and commissioning of system upto 2 tr capacity of split type air conditioners . note :- (i) the rate quoted is deemed to include the replacement of spares like copper tubes any description, strainer assembly, capillary tubes etc. (ii) supply |
