| Tender Description | m & l for cleaning, servicing including carrying out preventive maintenance of summer appliances viz. indoor and out door unit of split air conditioners and complete unit of split acs of 1.5tr capacity using suitable cleaning solution, chemicals, tools and minor spares viz. screws, washers, insulation tapes, thimbles, pvc fasteners etc. as per site requirement and as directed. cleaning of the condensor, evaporator, fins and cooling coils shall be done using blower / vacuum cleaner, cleaning clothes, nylon brushes etc till scales and dirts are removed including cleaning of drain pipe line and replacement of unserviceable spares if any and ensuring its serviceability by keeping the ac in good working condition all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. note :- 1. during servicing work, if any major fault is observed, the machine will be repaired under respective item of the schedule under supply and fix in repair work, and thereafter servicing will be undertaken and complet |
