Tender Description dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description, size and thickness including cement mortor bedding (but not backing), removing off the premises etc complete all as directed. m&l for virified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade polished, size of each tiles 1200 x 600 mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed. all as per item no. 2 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dado, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4. m&l for glazed ceramic coloured tiles glossy finish on vertical surface 1200x 600x 7-8mm thick with and including 10mm thick cm 1:3 backing coat, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match etc complete all as directed. m & l for non - skid/matt finish coloured ceramic tile
