Tender Description dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slabs of any description and in any postion including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and off the premises all as specified and directed. m&l for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and directed. m&l for 25 mm thick cement concrete type 'b-0' 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring all as specified and directed. material & labour for coloured non - skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 10 mm thick in 1:4 complete
